As usually, this project went smoothly. This ongoing support is working well. I work everyday with the Project Manager assigned to me, and the whole team not only complies promptly with the fixes and improvements required but also take the lead on identifying potential issues before they occur. This project involved adding new features to the existing program and also a separate program that I will try to sell to customers.
