QualityClix did for us mayor improvements to a system we had. After most of the improvements were done, some core functionality was still slow because of a non-optimal original design by a third-party. QC first helped us to identify the points for improvement and then did a ?mayor surgery? to the database handling routines and stores procedures. Many months ago, I set out to find the very best that Elance has to offer. Never did I expect how greatly exceeded my own ideals would be, and the reason for that is QualityClix. I began by watching 3 companies that I felt might be able to take on a project the size and required skill level of mine. For two entire months I kept up with the projects, reviews and abilities of these companies. Finally, I approached only one company QC. There were those within my own company who felt strongly that I could not, logistically or trustfully, work with a company located outside of the USA. It was a battle, but in the end I won out. QC came in below my mentally-set price, and the 3 month long project began full-speed within days. We were kept informed daily and able to watch online as things took shape. Then came the first of many wonderful surprises. Within a week of work commencing, I had approved a layout for our project. I was very satisfied with my choice. Apparently my project leader, Mahera, was not. She felt that her team could do better and asked for another day or so to complete some new examples and proposals. No more money, just great service.
